Is there a free version of Acrual?
When you sign up to Acrual, there is a free trial period available for the first 30 days. Within this time you are free to use Acrual without payment. After the trial period has elapsed, you will need to subscribe and pay for a subscription plan to continue.
How much does Acrual cost?
Acrual subscription plans start from $109 (AUD excluding GST) a month. There are a number of plans available based on your needs, and the number of users who will be using Acrual.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, once you have selected a subscription plan, you can change to another subscription plan by selecting the new plan under Account Settings.
Which plan is right for me?
We get that every business has unique requirments. That's why we offer a range of subscription plans to suit. If you require something specific, or have any questions, reach out to us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards from all major providers (Master Card & Visa).
Do you offer annual plans?
At this time, we only offer monthly subscription plans. If you would be interested in paying annually, please reach out to us and let us know and we may be able to offer this in the future.
How secure is Acrual?
The security of our customer's data is of utmost important to us. Acrual uses transport layer security (TLS) technology to encrypt data in transit. We also have many processes in place to ensure security and integrity of our customer's data.
What if I change my mind?
We offer a 30 day free trial when you first sign up. If you require a longer trial period, please reach out to us. Once subscribed, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time before the next subscription fee is debited. Once the subscription fee is debited, you will have access for the next monthly period, and we will be unable to refund the fee for that period.
